The FARMER is at the Heart of our business. As such, we are strategically focused on actively promoting the prosperity and wellbeing of our farmers. To this end, we have carefully designed ThirdWell S.A.F.E as a holistic and coherent Social Impact Strategy with the aim of delivering our brand promise of …prospering together with our farmers and consequently ensure SUSTAINABILITY of our business for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Ultimately, the success of our business should be measured by the extent to which our operations positively transforms the living standards of farmers. ThirdWell S.A.F.E is categorised into Programs, Modules and Activities (Paths to Success) to ensure effective Monitoring, Improvement, and Sustainability.

GHC 0.05 per every KG of Soya Bean sold
and
GHC 0.05 per every KG of Raw Cashew Nut sold
To enhance SUSTAINABILITY of ThirdWell S.A.F.E, we have established the ThirdWell S.A.F.E Fund to provide seed fund for implementing our social impact strategy.
Beginning 2023, we commit to reserve GHC0.05 for every kilogram of commodity sold. Disbursement from the reserve fund shall commence after two (2) years.
As long as ThirdWell Commodities exists as a business, we shall remain committed to building the fund annually from our Trading Profit.
